Full payment is due no later than one month prior to the date of departure If, at this time, more money is in your account than the cost of the trip, and only to the extent that money was paid personally and not donated on your behalf, a refund will be paid if such amount is over $100.00. If the amount is less than $100.00, no refund will not be issued, but such money will be rolled over into the scholarship fund. If your trip has been paid for in part or in total by donations from others, no refund will be made but the money will be rolled over into the scholarship fund or reserved for your use in a future trip. Payments made by the participants or their parents will be refunded minus the cancellation fee.
A cancellation fee will be assessed as follows:
If the trip is cancelled three months prior to date of departure, a $200.00 cancellation fee will be assessed.
If the trip is cancelled two months prior to date of departure a $300.00 cancellation fee will be assessed.
If the trip is cancelled one month prior to date of departure a $400.00 cancellation fee will be assessed.
